Who am I?
I am an accounting student only a few months shy of my bachelor's degree. I learned how to register this entity while working part time at an accounting firm. Although I feel confident I could register all entities, the LLC/S Corp is the one I know backwards and forwards and the one I would highly recommend. I have seen people get huge tax returns by registering their business as this particular "flow through" entity. I do not guarantee this, but I would highly recommend using this method rather than claiming self-employment income on your personal tax return. The IRS tax structure is set up to help those attempting to start a business, but you must register your entity properly in order to take advantage. The $200 is how much it will cost, not a cent more.
*There is no way around the $120 fee and the other adds are just telling you their personal fee which is no doubt more than mine.
